Common questions

The model came out broken. Use a photo where the whole thing is in the frame and nothing stands in front of it. Tap right on the thing before you continue.

The size looks wrong. The model takes the width, height and depth you type. Check them against the listing; most listings give all three.

I can't scan. Scanning needs a LiDAR sensor: iPhone 12 Pro or a newer Pro model, or an iPad Pro. Every iPhone can still make models from photos.

Cancel a subscription. Open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › RealSize Pro, or Settings inside RealSize › Manage subscription.
